“Starbucks coffee shortage,” she screamed into the phone. This morning, I got a call from a frantic female entrepreneur Sandy, who is also one of my best friends. I didn’t immediately understand she was trying to tell me that Starbucks was out of coffee.

I’ve just never imagined that Starbucks coffee outage would be a real thing. I guess the pandemic took a real toll. Anyway, the first thing I said was “oooh, are you finally going to quit sugar?” Not missing a beat, she said, “This is best way for a Starbucks coffee and sugar latte addict like me to stop sugar cravings instantly and quit sugar for good.”
