The fewer calories you eat, the fewer calories you burn. You’ll gain weight faster because you’ll rebel and cheat as much as you can. You’re a grown woman, not a 4-year-old. Life does NOT have to be this way. Not today. Not ever.

Clean eating simply means you’re choosing to nourish your strong, beautiful and powerful body with whole, non-processed foods that give you back your energy and glow your skin from the inside out.
When you choose to eat clean, you’re focusing on eating nutrient dense whole foods or minimally processed foods that are made from REAL ingredients. This means that you’re eating foods closer to their original source, with little to no manipulation between the source of the food and your plate.
How to Eat Clean for Beginners

Eat MORE whole foods. Instead of a grabbing a raspberry muffin, consider enjoying some real oats with fresh raspberries.
Eat MORE real foods – Instead of eating frozen chicken bites, consider making roast chicken (organic if you can swing it, and cut it up into strips, if you’re really craving that stripy vibe).
Eat MORE homecooked or baked foods – Consider baking your own gingerbread or chocolate chip cookies over the holidays over grabbing one full of hidden sugar and toxic preservatives at the supermarket.
Drink MORE water.
